Video: 5 California teens changing the world

Every year, the Helen Diller Family Foundation honors five Jewish teens for their exceptional community service and outstanding leadership in helping to repair the world.  The receipients of the Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards are each given $36,000 to use towards their college education or to further implement their vision of making the world a better place.

This year’s winners, Eric Heimark, Fred Scarf, Ronit Abramson, Sarah Van Zanten, and Shelby Layne, and their inspirational stories are featured in the video below.
